Villa Rates

Confirmed Reservations: 
A deposit of 25% of the total rental is required at the time of reservation.  The balance is due one month before arrival.  If the reservation is six weeks or less away,  then full payment is required at the time of reservation. 

 Cancellations:
In the event of cancellation, notice at two months or more BEFORE is required for the deposit to be refunded and then deposit payments will be refunded, minus 4% service fee.  The one exception to this policy is the period over Christmas and New Year's when no refund is given on cancellations. Cancellations AFTER the refund date within the two months prior to the arrival date are worked out on an individual basis, often applying the deposit to a future rental. 

SERVICE CHARGE
SeaSand Eco Villas Management charges a 10% Service Charge for staff from guests, due to the TPDCo’s recommended percentage for service within all Hotels in Jamaica. However, it is still your choice to tip the villa attendant and supporting staff extra if you so desire depending on the service you’ve received during your stay at SeaSand Eco Villas.
