- The Native Son Villa has four (4) bedrooms and accommodates nine (9) people comfortable, with beds as follows:
Bedroom A - king size bed
Bedroom B - twin bed and queen bed
Bedroom C - twin bed and queen bed
Bedroom D - twin bed and full bed
- The Soon Soon Villa has three (3) bedrooms and accommodates seven 6 people comfortably, with beds below:
- Bedroom "A" - king size bed *Bedroom "B" - full bed and queen bed * Bedroom "C" one queen bed
- The Morning Side Villa and Other Side Villa:
- The Morning Side Villa is a two bedroom Villa, however, we only rent out the one bedroom upstairs. The bedroom has one king size bed, a private bathroom and a balcony right outside your bedroom. Since we are renting out the one bedroom the Villa can hold two (2) or three (3) people. Twin beds can also be added at an additional charge of US $50.00 per night.
- The Other Side Villa has two bedrooms (we rent out both bedrooms) and accommodate four (4) people maximum with a king size bed in each bedroom. The bedrooms both hold private bathrooms, and a balcony is outside of either bedroom. The twin beds can also be added at an additional charge of US $50.00 per night. These two Villas are side-by-side in the duplex building. They have a connecting doorway on the ground floor, with doors on each side, in the manner common in many hotels. The doors remain locked unless guests rent the entire duplex. The rate to rent the entire duplex is double what one villa would be.

- Included is a Welcome Beverage & The Complimentary Breakfast, and the services of your own Personal Housekeeper/Cook as well as the services of an on/site Manager and two Grounds men/Security shared with the other houses. Confirmed Reservations:
A deposit of 25% of the total rental is required at the time of reservation. The balance is due one month before arrival. If the reservation is six weeks or less away, then full payment is required at the time of reservation.
Cancellations:
- In the event of cancellation, notice at two months or more BEFORE is required for the deposit to be refunded and then deposit payments will be refunded, minus 4% service fee. The one exception to this policy is the period over Christmas and New Year's when no refund is given on cancellations. Cancellations AFTER the refund date within the two months prior to the arrival date are worked out on an individual basis, often applying the deposit to a future rental.
