We implement eco friendly practices daily here at SeaSand Eco Villas & we encourage our guests to contribute.

We strongly believe that:

SeaSand Eco Villas puts into practice Eco friendly methods:

- Lets conserve Water (to get water hot quickly/saving on water turn spout all the way to the right)

- All of our water is purified on site, by using a state of the art water purification system ***eliminating the need for bottled water***

- Conserve air conditioning ***when using a.c. please try to use only at night ***

- Conserve lighting***turn on lighting only when necessary, when leaving a room turn them off***

- We unplug electrical devices when not in use

- Towels **reuse as much as possible**

- Soaps ** all of our soaps are biodegradable**

- We use paint that is low voc & zero voc (low in chemicals)

- Recycle all goods** each villa has recycle bins outside the door**

- We have a recycle site on villa grounds (bottles, cans, paper etc)

- We have a water system on site, this collects & stores fresh rain water

- We use solar energy for our hot water

- We purchase items within Jamaica as much as possible, such as: wicker furniture, appliances etc.

- Seaweed washed ashore is buried under the sand to help maintain beach erosion.
